  • There is controversy regarding federal notices and the edits made regarding the Pregnant Mothers Act. The act applies to companies with fifty or more employees and as such doesn't require changing out your existing poster. We will be providing edited federal posters for all new starts effective August 27, 2023. Rest assured there are no fines or penalties for not having the most recent revisions of the EEOC, FMLA or FLSA notices.
